1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to customers in the UK and selected international destinations.

UK Standard Shipping (2–4 Business Days):
£3.99 or Free on orders over £50

Express Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1 to 2 Business Days) 

£5.99 or Free on orders over £50

International Shipping:
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery time estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.


4. Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our couriers to ensure timely delivery, please note that MawdeestUK is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or weather conditions. If your order is significantly delayed, feel free to contact us at support@mawdeestuk.com.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. MawdeestUK is not responsible for these fees.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. MawdeestUK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly. While we will do our best to assist, MawdeestUK is not liable for lost or stolen shipments once confirmed as delivered.
