Our Products
We do our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, including details like measurements, materials, and colors. However, colors may look slightly different in person due to screen settings and brightness. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that the color you see will match exactly.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligible Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Hijabs (scarves) and Hijab caps. All other items are eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are unworn and unused, in their original condition with all tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return please contact us at support@mawdeest.co.uk within fourteen days of receiving, with your order number as well as the reason for your return. You must contact us first before sending back to the return address. Please note, any other form of contact to request a return will not be accepted, you must email us to the above email address only.
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label at no cost to you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 3 days of delivery.
- Change of mind or other reasons: A Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label will be provided for your convenience. The cost of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Hijabs or Hijab caps.
- Sale or discounted products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. This depends on whether your order has already been processed or dispatched by the time we receive and review your email.
Because we prioritise fast and efficient service, orders are often processed quickly. As a result, even if you request a cancellation before receiving a shipment notification, your order may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
If we are able to process your cancellation request before your order is processed, we will confirm via email and issue a refund for your purchase.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@mawdeest.co.uk.
